Refund & Return Policy

Returns

• Unworn items returnable within 30 days of delivery.
• Must be in original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.
• Worn items not eligible unless manufacturing defect is present.
• To start a return: support@safetyshoes.com with order number and reason.

Exchanges

• Size exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
• No additional shipping charge on the first size exchange per order.

Defective Items

• Manufacturing defects covered for 90 days from delivery date.
• Send photos + order number to support@safetyshoes.com. Defective items replaced or refunded at no charge.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
• Refunds issued to original payment method only.
• Original shipping fees non-refundable unless return is due to our error or defective product.
